Digital Readiness Certification (DRC) is a collaboration between Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and Quality Council of India (QCI). It is designed to assess an entity on basic tenets of digital readiness of conducting business online, further classifying it as digitally ready (termed as DigiReady) or Requiring Support.
Lead List of Quality Marked Sellers
A list of DigiReady sellers with contact details will be provided to the Network Participants (NPs) upon requesting from DigiReady portal.
Reduced Time in Searching, Training & Onboarding Sellers
DigiReady will provide the list of Digitally Ready sellers with contact details, verified by QCI, thereby reducing the time and effort required to search, train and onboard sellers
Enhancing Credibility
DigiReady will serve as a mark of Quality, enhancing the credibility of sellers among Network Participants.
Expanding Market Reach for Sellers
DigiReady will expand the market reach and business opportunities for sellers by connecting them with relevant Network Participants.
Digital Empowerment and Guidance for Sellers to harness E-commerce
Sellers unable to pass the assessment will receive support in building their capacity to conduct business online, facilitated through video modules.
