ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) aims to increase the merchant count from 235,000 to 300,000 by this fiscal end, said T Koshy, MD & CEO, ONDC in interaction with ETRetail.
The state-run digital network platform, which recorded less than 5,000 transactions in March, is also aiming to increase the number of transactions to 6-7 million.
"My simple mantra for the coming year is to enhance the transaction levels and onboarding more merchants," said Koshy.
