The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) have signed a(MoU) that aimed at enhancing the digital experience within the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
Under this agreement, FICCI will engage with industry stakeholders, travel companies, tour operators, and hospitality service providers to advocate for digital e-commerce facilitated by ONDC’s network. The collaboration will also reach out to both central and state governments to extend consumer and supply pipelines to remote areas benefiting from increasing internet penetration and emerging technologies.
