Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough policy research to establish internal positions for ONDC.
- Develop policy-related content, including FAQs and regulatory guidance, to support participants within the ONDC Network.
- Write informative blog articles, op-eds, and policy briefs addressing pertinent issues related to ONDC and its participants.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings of various governance-related bodies established by ONDC, providing research, briefing materials, and drafting outcome reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop policy-focused engagements with government departments and agencies, aimed at enhancing compliance within the ONDC Network.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/post-graduate degree with a formal education in public administration or public policy will be given priority.
- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience in law or public policy.
- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience in law or public policy.
- Minimum 2 years (out of 5) of experience in working with an e-commerce, fintech or IT company in the public policy, or government affairs role;
- Candidates who have a proven publication record (research articles, reports, white papers, opinion pieces etc.) in the domains of e-commerce, technology, fintech, company finance and/or taxation will be given priority;
- Candidates with experience in running cross-functional policy programmes with government entities.
