Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
- Utilize strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage various HR responsibilities.
- Apply previous experience in HR Operations, Business Partnering, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits management to fulfill role requirements.
- Utilize HR Information Systems, particularly hands-on experience with platforms like Zoho or similar systems.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs effectively.
- Develop and implement clear and equitable company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Foster positive working relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Emphasize process improvement and data-driven decision-making through strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full time Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of HR operations experience, with significant responsibilities in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
