Objective of the Role
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of function head.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing ongoing projects and programs.
- Responsible for developing and governing new programs to support the strategic direction of function and organization.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements, and communicate changes and decisions to key stakeholders.
- Aggregate input from stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements according to business value, and support release and sprint planning meetings.
- Ensure documentation is maintained as the project is changed or refined over time and communicates project status to end-users.
- Identify key stakeholders, assemble and manage one or more cross-functional project teams, maintain budget and quality standards, and manage deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- In order to be successful in this role, the candidate will be required to have prior experience in both program management and stakeholder management.
- A strategic thinker who can visualize the big picture and future to-be scenario.
- Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems.
- Effective communication skills.
- The ideal candidate would have a proven record of successful management of projects in agile, waterfall, or any other method.
