ONDC has released second and third addendum to the revised incentive program.

Addendum 2 (attached below) states the extension of the revised incentive program released on 30th January 2023 and the subsequent addendum released on 28th February 2023 till 31st May 2023.

Addendum 3 introduces terms and conditions in addition or in some cases, replacement to the terms and conditions mentioned in the document released on 30th January and 28th February 2023 and will come in effect one week from the date of release (28th April 2023).

There are now 3 programs (effective 28th April 2023) for different entities in the ONDC ecosystem.

Program 1: Discount for Buyers for transactions

Program 2: Subsidised Delivery Cost for Buyers

Program 3 (withdrawn): Incentive for Buyer Apps for demand generation

Program 4 (withdrawn): Incentive for Sellers for demand generation and fulfilment

Program 5: Incentive for Seller Apps for seller onboarding

Submission of claims by respective entities should be done on a monthly level. Claims till April 21st should be submitted by 10th of May through this google form only. Similarly, the claims for the month of May should be submitted by 10th of June in the given format through the same google form.
